| Way of
leasing a car |
You only need to become
a member of the Shengang Automobile Members Club
and you can rent a car from its sub company (Shenzhen
Shengang Shunan Automobile Leasing and Renting Co.,
Ltd).
Member’s Qualification
The member must be a Shenzhen resident. You must
bring the following certificates to apply for the
membership：
Shenzhen resident’s ID card；
Shenzhen resident’s registered book；
Chinese Driving License (or your driver’s license)；
2 2-inch color photos；
50 yuan admission (for permanent membership)。
Enrollment procedure
Provide your personal information and certificates
listed above and fill in the membership form；
Our membership department will verify your application,
certificates and warrantor；
Hand in the admission and we’ll check and grant
your member card。 |

and Returning |
The membership card is only valid
for the member
The member must show the member card and ID card
when renting a card. (Free on-door service in the
downtown.)
Sign the renting contract. If you want to drive
by yourself or your own driver, you must deposit
5000 yuan for the cars made in China and 10000 yuan
for the imported cars.
You must examine the car condition and sign The
Leased Car Hand-Over Examination Form when renting
or returning a car.
Miles limitation: For a continuous renting of
three days, there is no limitation. The limit is
300 kilometers if the renting is within two days
(including two days).
The renting charge doesn’t include the gas. The
renting cars are fully fueled. The cars must be
refueled and cleaned before returning, or we will
charge the fuel cost according the fuel meter and
the car cleaning cost.
When returning the car, we will keep a thousand
for the potential breaking traffic regulations.
1000 thousand yuan will be returned to you after
a month if you didn’t break any traffic regulations.
Our driver’s service charge is 100 yuan if you
need.
Our member has the 10% discount for 1-5 day(s)
renting, 10% discount for the continuous 6-10 days
renting. The monthly renting or longer will enjoy
more preferential offer.
The renting charge includes the insurance (in
Guangdong province) and the road maintenance dues. |

I. Safety Examination.
For you and the car’s safety, Please check the following
items before starting driving：
1. Whether all the back and front lights work
well；
2. Whether there is enough engine oil and brake
fluid；
3. Whether steering wheel and the brake work well；
4. Whether the engine sounds normal；
5. Whether there is oil or water where the car
parked.
Whatever the problem you found, please inform us
to make timely repairing to ensure the driving safety.
II. What you must pay attention to while
driving?
1. You must have the good mood during the driving.
If you feel tired or sleepy, you must stop by the
roadside for a short rest until you feel good again.
2. During the driving, you must often notice the
meters on the control panel especially the water
temperature meter, engine oil meter and electricity
indicator. If you find any of the meters is abnormal,
you must stop the car for a check. If you can handle
it, please inform us at the first hand.
III. What should do if you have a flat
tyre in the fast driving?
If one of the tire get flattened when a car is
driving, especially driving quickly on the speedway,
and if the proper action is not taken, a car accident
is quietly likely to happen. But if you take the
proper measures, you are quite likely to avoid the
accident. We know it is the most dangerous at the
moment when a car has a flat tyre. And at this moment,
you are expected to keep calm to turn on the danger
light, try to keep the driving direction unaltered
and lift the accelerator. But breaking must not
be done at this moment. You must let the car keep
going until you see no car behind. And then you
can stop the car by the roadside to change the flat
tyre. If you can finish all these when a flat tyre
happens, you are sure to avoid an accident. The
car altering its driving way and the emergent breaking
is the direct reason that cause the car accidents
when there is a flat tyre. |
